1.Filter plate automatically pulled in one step,faster discharge. Fully automatic filter cloth washing at one time. "Feed-discharge-wash" cycle only takes 30 mins, much less than other regular filter press.

 

2.Can be equipped with membrane expression system,the express medium is high pressure air which provides significant sealing. Leading to lower residual cake moisture.

 

3.Modular structure,easy disassembling and assembling.

 

4.Adopts Mechatronics-hydraulics-integrated modeling design uses the advanced design of mechanical and electrical integration of liquid separation machinery and equipment, according to the filter plate number, consisting of different filter area and volume;

 

5.Main components of PLC control system are selected from internationally renowned brands such as "Schneider" ,Siemens, ABB, etc.

 

6.Automatic system can perform: on/off of feeding pump, automatic press,feed,pressurize,express,cake blow,pull,pause,cake discharge and on/off of belt conveyor.( Can be modified as you wish)

 

7.Support on-site input of pressure filtration process parameters, easy to adjust and control the process. Manual and auto mode switch easily
