The diaphragm filter plate is composed of two diaphragms and a core plate. External media (such as water or compressed air) is introduced into the chamber between the core plate and the membrane, causing the membrane to bulge and compressing the filter chamber composed of the diaphragm filter plate and the box filter plate, thereby better separating and improving the solid content. The diaphragm is an active component, and repeated movement can easily cause deformation and damage to the diaphragm.The rubber diaphragm plate is a diaphragm plate composed of a core plate and two rubber diaphragms that are embedded and pressed together. Mainly after pressure filtration, the rubber diaphragm filter plate diaphragm is generally embedded in the groove of the core plate, making it easy to disassemble and replace because the rubber diaphragm has high elasticity and is not easily damaged.It can significantly improve the solid content and sealing performance of the filter cake, shorten the filtration time, and significantly improve production efficiency.
