Features
1.Wholly automatic filter cloth washing system adopts stainless steel washing rack.The filtration effect of the cloth regenerates after the high-pressure water cleaning off the dirt left on cloth
2.Automatic plate-shifting,reverse turning plate,discharging,Full process automation, realizes unmanned process.
3.Main beam and side bar are made of Q235 high quality carbon steel, covered by 304 stainless steel, good stress and long service life. It adopts automatic welding, solder side is flat, weld-joint is solid and durable, it can perfectly avoid distortion. It has reached the advanced technology in Europe and the United States. The smooth surface of shell also make plate shifting more easily.
4.Hydraulic system adopts ABB motor it is steady in operation and easy in maintenance. Pistons are made of steel whose surface specially processed to get better anti-wearing and high hardness performance.
5.Adopts Mechatronics-hydraulics-integrated modeling design,compact structure,less space occupation
6.Can be equipped with diaphragm express device, which preform second express through high pressure air, lowering the residual cake moisture.
